The festive season continues to shape India’s residential real estate market, with developers highlighting homebuying opportunities in Bengaluru and Dholera. Sanjeevini Group and Aaiji Group have outlined their views on housing demand, emerging investment locations and festive buyer offers.

Bengaluru Housing Market Focuses on Premium Homes

Suresh H. A., Managing Director of Bengaluru-based Sanjeevini Group, said festive sentiment, year-end financial planning and homebuying aspirations support residential property purchases during the October–December quarter.

He noted that although housing sales volumes remain subdued, both supply and demand are moving towards premium properties. Bengaluru continues to benefit from its technology sector, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and employment opportunities. These factors support housing demand, particularly among end-users.

Suresh also highlighted the Gunjur-Varthur corridor and New Whitefield as key micro-markets in East Bengaluru. Their proximity to employment hubs supports their appeal among homebuyers.

During the festive season, Sanjeevini Group is offering a Buy Now, Pay Later scheme on selected projects. Eligible buyers can use the offer to manage their finances and plan their home purchases.

Dholera Attracts Interest in Residential Plots

Lalit Parihar, Managing Director of Gujarat-based Aaiji Group, said festive offers can encourage buyers to consider long-term property investments.

He highlighted growing interest in residential plots across emerging growth corridors. Planned infrastructure, better connectivity and future economic activity can strengthen the appeal of these locations.

Parihar identified Dholera as an emerging industrial destination. Semiconductor manufacturing facilities, connectivity projects and smart city planning are drawing attention to the region’s economic and real estate potential.

Aaiji Group has reported encouraging demand for residential plots in Dholera. The company is offering discounts of up to ₹1.72 lakh on plot purchases during the festive season.

Both developers are using festive offers to attract prospective buyers. Their focus reflects the varied opportunities in India’s residential market, from employment-linked housing demand in Bengaluru to plotted developments in emerging industrial regions such as Dholera.
