The inaugural editions of Plastics Recycling Show India (PRSI) 2024 and UTECH India – Sustainable Polyurethane and Foam Expo (ISPUF) 2024, organized by Crain Communications and Media Fusion, concluded successfully last December, setting new benchmarks in sustainability, recycling, and material innovation. The events brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to foster meaningful discussions and showcase groundbreaking solutions shaping the future of these industries.
PRSI 2024 welcomed over 6,000 visitors who explored the latest advancements in plastic recycling, sustainable materials, and waste management solutions from more than 120 exhibitors. The event also featured an insightful conference covering topics such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), recycling technologies, waste segregation strategies, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the Plastics Recycling Awards India recognized excellence in plastics recycling across six categories, celebrating innovators such as Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd., Pashupati Group, DOMO Engineering Plastics India, Ishitva Robotic Systems, and Banyan Nation.
At the same time, ISPUF 2024, alongside the Sleep Expo India Pavilion, provided a premier platform for the polyurethane and foam industry, attracting 2,700+ visitors and 50 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge polyurethane and foam innovations. The event’s conference, featuring 18 expert speakers, explored key industry trends, including sustainable PU applications, advanced manufacturing processes, mattress manufacturing, and regulatory developments.
