Qurate Retail Group Restructures Leadership to Enhance Social Streaming Focus

West Chester, Penn.Qurate Retail Group is reorganizing its executive responsibilities as it shifts towards a stronger focus on live social streaming. As part of this restructuring, the company has consolidated its merchandising leadership for the QVC US and HSN brands.

Stacy Bowe, who joined the company in 2022 as Chief Merchant for QVC US, has been appointed President of HSN Brand & US Merchandising. In this role, she will oversee buying, planning, programming, and brand marketing for both QVC US and HSN. Bowe will also serve as President of the HSN brand.

Mike Fitzharris has been named President of the QVC US Brand & Chief Operating Officer for Qurate Retail Group. He will lead content production and broadcast for both QVC US and HSN, along with overseeing operations, people, and technology.

Ryan McKelvey, President of Cornerstone Brands, will continue leading Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road, while Aidan O’Meara, President of Qurate Retail Group International, will maintain leadership over the company’s international retail operations.

Qurate Retail Group is actively recruiting a Chief Growth Officer to drive U.S. social, streaming, and digital growth for qvc.com and hsn.com, in addition to new business development and platform distribution.

As part of the restructuring, Qurate will close HSN’s long-standing campus in St. Petersburg, Fla., and relocate operations to its corporate headquarters in West Chester, Penn. This move is designed to enhance efficiency and accelerate the development of new capabilities. According to David Rawlinson II, President and CEO of Qurate, “This shift will allow us to more effectively execute our growth strategy and redefine our role in the market.”

Looking ahead, Qurate Retail Group is building a next-generation content engine to rapidly capture and deploy content across social media, streaming, and more, for both HSN and QVC. HSN will continue to operate its TV channels (HSN and HSN2) and digital properties (HSN.com and the HSN mobile app).

“The HSN brand will remain a vital part of our strategy as we move forward, positioning Qurate for sustained success,” said Bowe.
