Nashville, Tennessee — With the opening of a new brand management firm, Scott Brothers Global, the lifestyle brand of businessmen and TV personalities Drew and Jonathan Scott, is growing its consumer goods division.
Consumer Products President Laura Aldrich and the staff at Scott Brothers Global are now sharing their knowledge with other brands and talent seeking to grow their retail businesses through BrandJourney, following ten years and over $3 billion in retail sales for Drew and Jonathan Scott’s portfolio of home improvement and furnishings brands.
For the development of brands in the home furnishings, décor, textiles, housewares, children, giftware, and home improvement sectors, BrandJourney is a one-stop licensing partner. From concept to shelf, go-to-market product strategies will be streamlined, and internal teams specializing in brand development, content creation, and commerce will provide marketing support.
The new agency will establish strategic alliances and build home brands in collaboration with retailers and manufacturers. BrandJourney’s services include marketing and creative direction, digital and social media strategy, content and media production, licensing, and brand development and management.

Erin and Ben Napier
In addition to managing the Scott Brothers portfolio of brands, which includes Scott Living by Drew & Jonathan, Drew & Jonathan Home, and Property Brothers, the new firm has already secured Erin and Ben Napier’s Erin & Ben Co. and Stephen Brown’s Glitterville Studios as clients.
In order to help other companies and talent develop and broaden their consumer product offerings in the home market, Drew and Jonathan Scott remarked, “We are excited to launch BrandJourney to share our expertise and leverage our incredible team.” “Glitterville and Erin & Ben Co. are a great addition to our team, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth.”
“To help clients achieve greater success, the team at Scott Brothers Global is thrilled to introduce BrandJourney and build upon the tremendous success of the Drew & Jonathan consumer brands,” Aldrich added. “BrandJourney is an entrepreneurial brain trust with extensive market experience and a strong passion for home, rather than a one-size-fits-all agency. We are eager to begin working with these two amazing businesses, and each program for our clients will be strategically planned and unique.
Based in Laurel, Mississippi, Erin & Ben Co. was established by television personalities, authors, and company owners Erin and Ben Napier. Upholstery, textiles, paint, bedding, cookware, stationery, and more are among its home goods, which are aimed at being produced in the United States. Home Town, Home Town Takeover, and Home Town Kickstart are the three home remodeling programs that the Napiers now host on HGTV.
“We’re working with BrandJourney to discover new ways to present our audience with more reasonably priced American-made and assembled products that enhance the aesthetics, functionality, and durability of their homes,” Erin Napier stated.

Stephen Brown, Glitterville Studios
Stephen Brown started Glitterville Studios, a Knoxville, Tennessee-based company that specialized in seasonal ornaments and décor. Combining vibrant colors, creative concepts, and fine craftsmanship is what defines Glitterville design. The business was highlighted on HGTV’s White House Christmas specials in 2023 and 2024.
Stephen Brown expressed his excitement about joining BrandJourney and advancing the Glitterville Studios brand. “We are excited to collaborate with the Scott Brothers Global team to expand and enhance the Glitterville brand, as we have been inspired by their successful home products business development.”
