Smart Kitchen Pavilion Draws Strong Visitor Response at HGH India 2026

Live cooking demonstrations, chef interactions and product launches highlight the future of modern kitchen innovation

The Smart Kitchen Pavilion emerged as one of the major attractions at HGH India 2026, offering visitors an interactive platform to experience the latest innovations in kitchen appliances, cooking solutions, storage, hydration, sustainability and home convenience through live demonstrations and product showcases.

Designed to move beyond conventional product displays, the pavilion showcased how the modern kitchen is evolving into a connected ecosystem that combines technology, functionality and contemporary design. Throughout the four-day exhibition, buyers had the opportunity to experience products in action, enabling them to better understand their features, usability and applications.

Adding further appeal to the pavilion were renowned culinary personalities Chef Saransh Goila and Dr. Chef Parvinder Singh Bali, whose presence strengthened the connection between innovative kitchen solutions and evolving food culture. Their participation generated significant visitor interest and enhanced engagement across the exhibition floor.

The pavilion featured dedicated zones covering every stage of the kitchen experience, including Smart Kitchen Appliances, Smart Prep Counter, Smart Cooking, Smart Breakfast, Smart Hydration, Kitchen Organizers, Kitchen Gadgets, Sustainable First, Trendy Kitchen, and Young Smarties. This category-led approach enabled visitors to explore products based on practical consumer needs rather than isolated product segments.

By combining live product demonstrations with real-world applications, the pavilion created an engaging environment where buyers could evaluate performance, ask technical questions and compare solutions more effectively. The interactive format also provided exhibiting brands with an opportunity to demonstrate new product launches while highlighting their key features directly to trade visitors.

Commenting on the response, Mr. Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services, said:

“The kitchen is one of the most dynamic spaces in the modern home, and the response to Smart Kitchen at HGH India showed just how quickly this category is evolving. Visitors were looking not only at products, but at how those products fit into changing lifestyles, smaller urban spaces, healthier routines and more design-aware homes. What made the pavilion work was that it brought innovation and application together in one place, allowing buyers to engage with the category in a much more practical and meaningful way.”

The pavilion demonstrated how buyer expectations are shifting beyond product specifications towards understanding usability, convenience and lifestyle relevance. Visitors spent more time interacting with brands, resulting in stronger product recall and more focused business discussions.
