Sonaselection India Allots ₹42.47 Crore Shares to 3 Anchor Investors Ahead of IPO
Sonaselection India Limited has allotted 42,90,000 Equity Shares to three Anchor Investors at ₹99 per share. The allotment includes a share premium of ₹89 per Equity Share. The total value of the allotment is about ₹42.47 crore.
The Anchor Investor Bid/Issue Period opened and closed on September 16, 2026. The allotment was completed ahead of the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), which opens on September 17, 2026.

- Astorne Capital VCC – Arven: 22,96,350 shares, or 53.53%
- India Max Investment Fund Limited: 9,96,900 shares, or 23.24%
- Lord Multigrowth Fund: 9,96,750 shares, or 23.23%
Sonaselection India IPO Details
Sonaselection India’s IPO will open on September 17, 2026, and close on September 21, 2026. The price band is set at ₹94 to ₹99 per Equity Share.
The face value is ₹10 per Equity Share. The minimum bid lot is 150 Equity Shares, with bids available in multiples of 150 thereafter.
The issue includes a fresh issue of up to 14,300,000 Equity Shares. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
The IPO allocation includes not more than 50% for QIBs, not less than 15% for NIIs, and not less than 35% for retail investors.
