Suraksha Accelerates Wish Town Completion with 84 Towers Ready, Infrastructure Expansion Underway

Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), has accelerated construction and infrastructure development across its flagship Wish Town township in Noida, achieving significant progress in residential project completion, occupancy certifications, civic infrastructure, and community amenities.

The company announced that construction of 84 residential towers comprising 7,913 dwelling units (DUs) has been completed. Of these, Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have been received for 42 towers covering 4,213 dwelling units, while applications have been submitted for 26 additional towers comprising 2,229 dwelling units, with approvals expected shortly.

Suraksha has also completed structural audits for seven towers comprising 583 dwelling units. Fire NOCs have already been received for two towers, while approvals for the remaining five are under process. Structural audits are currently underway for another nine towers comprising 888 dwelling units. Once the audits and Fire NOCs are completed, the company will proceed with applications for Occupancy Certificates.

Progress Beyond Wish Town

Apart from Wish Town, the company has reported progress across other projects under its approved Resolution Plan.

The Master Plan for LFD-3 (Mirzapur Land Parcel) has been revalidated, while Project Completion has been filed with YEIDA for two plotted developments:

• Yamuna Vihar – 822 plots
• Sunnyvale Homes – 467 plots

Construction activities across the remaining residential clusters are progressing according to the approved timelines.

Civic Infrastructure Receives Major Boost

Suraksha has expanded essential infrastructure across Wish Town by making Ganga water supply available in Sectors 128, 129, 131, 133 and 134, significantly improving water availability for residents.

The township’s social infrastructure is also being strengthened, with 11 cluster clubs expected to become operational by the end of the current financial year, serving more than 16,000 resident families.

To support the growing population, the company has upgraded its electrical infrastructure. The load capacity of GSS-I has been increased from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA, while GSS-II currently operates with a load of 9.7 MVA.

In addition, ‘Wish Point’, the commercial development located in Sector 134, Noida, has received RERA registration, further strengthening the township’s commercial ecosystem.

Company Focuses on Timely Delivery

Commenting on the progress, Jash Panchamia, Executive Director of Jaypee Infratech Limited, said the company remains committed to accelerating project completion while simultaneously enhancing infrastructure and improving the quality of life across Wish Town.

He said the receipt of Occupancy Certificates, expansion of Ganga water supply, strengthening of power infrastructure, and development of community facilities demonstrate the company’s commitment to creating a fully integrated township. He added that Suraksha continues to focus on timely completion of the remaining projects while creating long-term value for homeowners and stakeholders.

Smart Technology Enhances Yamuna Expressway

Suraksha is also implementing technology-driven initiatives on the Yamuna Expressway.

The company has completed geo-tagging of nearly 1.5 lakh trees along both sides and the central verge of the expressway to improve monitoring and maintenance of the green corridor.

To improve road safety, AI-enabled image processing cameras have been installed to detect:

• Wrong-side driving
• Unauthorized parking
• Foreign objects on the roadway
• Animal movement on the carriageway

The intelligent surveillance system generates real-time alerts, enabling faster response by authorities. The cameras are also being upgraded with fog detection capabilities to help reduce accidents during the winter season.

Suraksha said it will continue working closely with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to expedite approvals, complete the remaining residential towers, and further strengthen infrastructure and community facilities across its developments.
