India T20 Captain to Feature in Skechers Cricket and Performance Footwear Campaigns
Skechers, The Comfort Technology Company®, has strengthened its presence in cricket by signing Indian batting star and T20 World Cup-winning captain Suryakumar Yadav as part of its growing roster of elite athletes. The partnership sees Yadav competing in Skechers Cricket footwear while also featuring in marketing campaigns supporting the brand’s cricket and performance footwear collections.
Widely regarded as one of the most dynamic batters in modern cricket, Suryakumar Yadav has built a reputation for his innovative stroke play, consistency, and leadership. His association with Skechers reflects the company’s continued investment in cricket and high-performance sports categories.
Speaking about the collaboration, Suryakumar Yadav highlighted the importance of comfort in professional sport. He noted that footwear plays a crucial role in maintaining focus and consistency during training and match situations, adding that Skechers’ blend of comfort and performance made the partnership a natural fit.

The signing further strengthens Skechers’ growing cricket portfolio, which already includes prominent Indian cricketers such as Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, Ishan Kishan, and Yastika Bhatia. The company also maintains its association with the Mumbai Indians as the franchise’s official kit sponsor.
Born in Mumbai, the 35-year-old cricketer rose through domestic cricket before making a name for himself in the Indian Premier League. After stints with Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders, he established himself as one of the world’s leading T20 batters. Since making his international debut in 2021, Yadav has become a key figure in India’s white-ball setup and earned back-to-back ICC T20I Cricketer of the Year awards.
