Swiss-Indian AI Venture to Transform Healthcare

Swiss AI Healthcare Pioneer Partners with Indian Tech Startup to Transform Diagnostics in India

In today’s era of Artificial Intelligence, the healthcare sector is also embracing next-generation, AI-powered solutions to benefit society. In a strategic move to advance healthcare innovation in India, Ms. Pallavi Mehta, Managing Director of the women-led startup Mc&Me Techserve Pvt. Ltd, has signed an MoU with Stefan Voser of Emeralgo, the AI-driven software company Computer Vision AG of Switzerland.

As part of this collaboration, the partners will invest approximately €25 million (INR ~225 crores) to establish a dedicated R&D and Data Center project in India. The investment structure allocates 76% from Party A and 24% from Party B. By the third year of operations, the venture is projected to achieve revenues of INR 300 crores, with an anticipated 30% annual growth rate thereafter.

Key Highlights of the Joint Venture:

Advanced Technology Integration: Introducing AI-enabled MRI and diagnostic software for hospitals and diagnostic centers across India.

Rural & Social Impact: Delivering AI-based healthcare services to rural regions with affordable treatment plans for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

Employment & Training: Generating 500+ skilled jobs through the training and employment of data analysts over the next three years.

Sustainable Growth: Prioritizing innovation, accessibility, and scalability in India’s healthcare ecosystem.

Specialized R&D: Establishing a research and data hub to develop AI-driven cardiology and oncology solutions.

This joint venture is set to significantly accelerate the adoption of AI in Indian healthcare, enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of diagnostic services nationwide.
