At Tata Power-DDL, we are dedicated to fostering a greener, more sustainable future by encouraging responsible energy consumption and adopting innovative approaches to reduce our environmental impact.

On March 22, 2025, Tata Power-DDL will participate in Earth Hour 2025, joining millions across the globe in the symbolic “Switch Off Lights” initiative to show support for our planet. During Earth Hour 2024, our efforts helped save 71 MW of electricity in our operational areas, reinforcing our commitment to energy conservation.

Encouraging Collective Action for a Bigger Impact

To maximize participation, we are actively engaging with:

  • Employees & Workforce
  • Customers
  • Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)
  • Industrial Welfare Associations (IWAs)

We are driving awareness through direct messaging via WhatsApp, as well as communication materials at Customer Care Centres and Residential Societies, inspiring communities to come together and create the “Biggest Hour for Earth.”

Leveraging Digital Platforms for Greater Reach

Tata Power-DDL is using its website, social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn), and digital screens across office locations to encourage over 2 million customers and nearly 9 million residents in our operational areas to support this crucial cause.

Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future

As part of our long-term vision, Tata Power-DDL remains steadfast in reducing carbon footprints and investing in sustainable solutions that benefit both consumers and the environment. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to drive meaningful change and contribute to a more sustainable world.

Join us in making a difference this Earth Hour 2025!
