TechnoSport Installs India’s First HISAKA ZR Dyeing Machines

TechnoSport, India’s largest activewear brand, has become the first company in the country to install HISAKA Works Ltd.’s advanced ZR Series Long Tube Jet Dyeing Machines, strengthening its textile manufacturing capabilities and expanding its focus on performance apparel.

The investment marks a significant step in TechnoSport’s manufacturing expansion and reinforces its commitment to innovation in synthetic fabric processing. HISAKA, Japan, is widely recognized as the inventor of jet dyeing technology and has been developing advanced textile dyeing solutions since 1951.

The newly installed ZR Series Long Tube Jet Dyeing Machines are designed for processing high-performance synthetic fabrics used extensively in modern activewear. The technology offers improved process control, operational efficiency and enhanced fabric quality, helping manufacturers meet the growing demand for performance-driven apparel.

By integrating the latest dyeing technology into its manufacturing operations, TechnoSport aims to improve product consistency, fabric performance and overall manufacturing excellence while expanding access to high-quality activewear for Indian consumers.
