Signature Global and Tonino Lamborghini have sold out Phase 1 of their luxury housing project in Gurugram. The companies plan to launch Phase 2 soon.
Tonino Lamborghini Residences is located in Sector 71, Gurugram. The project covers 12.40 acres along Southern Peripheral Road. Both phases will offer a total of 812 premium homes.
The announcement was made on October 28, 2026, in Bologna, Italy. The project marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential property market.
Phase 2 Launch Planned Soon
Phase 2 will have approximately the same number of homes as Phase 1. Buyers can choose from 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK residences.
The project is part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated development by Signature Global. It offers access to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Golf Course Road and IGI Airport.
The wider estate also includes a 25-acre Commercial Business District. Signature Global is developing this business district with RMZ Corporation.
Italian Design Meets Luxury Housing
The project combines Italian design with Signature Global’s real estate expertise. Its design team includes Handel Architects of New York, Bose Brothers Architects and interior designer Carlos Rossi.
The development features five towers, each with a ground floor and 41 upper floors. Each core serves four residences. This layout aims to provide greater privacy.
Landscaped green spaces form another part of the project. A shared area called the “Social Ribbon” connects residents through open spaces. The project also holds an IGBC Platinum rating.
Developers Highlight Buyer Demand
Tonino Lamborghini, Founder and President of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., welcomed the Phase 1 sell-out. He said the milestone recognised the brand’s vision and its partnership with Signature Global.
Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd., also welcomed the response. He said buyers are showing growing interest in design-led luxury homes.
Aggarwal also cited a Savills report. It expects nearly 25 ultra-luxury branded residential projects in India to be completed by 2032.
With Phase 1 sold out, the developers are preparing for Phase 2. The project adds to India’s growing branded residential property market.
