19th HGH India Opens in Mumbai with 700+ Brands and Industry Leaders
The 19th edition of HGH India, the country’s annual trade show for Home Textiles, Home Décor, Houseware and Gifts, officially opened on 30 June 2026 at Hall 6, Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Mumbai, bringing together government representatives, architects, designers and industry leaders.
The inaugural ceremony was led by Chief Guest Ms. Vrunda Manohar Desai (IRS), Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Guests of Honour included Mr. Walter Ferrara, Consul General of Italy, and Mr. Vikas Pansare (IAS), Managing Director, MSSIDC. The event was also attended by ID. Ketan Sheth, Ar. Reza Kabul, Ar. Raajeev Kasat, and Ar. Makrand Pataskar. The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. Geert Böttger, Director, Expo + Consulting Associates Ltd.
The four-day exhibition features more than 700 Indian and international brands and manufacturers and is expected to attract over 50,000 trade buyers from India and overseas.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., said:

Organised by Texzone, the exhibition is centred around the themes of Contemporary, Futuristic and Sustainable.

According to the organisers, HGH India continues to maintain 90% buyer retention and 80% exhibitor return, reinforcing its role as a key business platform for India’s home and lifestyle industry.
