New kitchen storage system designed to improve corner space accessibility and organisation
Häfele has introduced the Astute Corner Storage Solution, a kitchen storage system developed to improve the usability of underutilised corner spaces in residential kitchens. The solution is designed to support efficient storage while enhancing accessibility and daily kitchen functionality.
The Astute Corner Storage Solution is intended to integrate into modern kitchen layouts and is available in Chrome and Metallic Anthracite finishes. According to the company, the Metallic Anthracite option is designed to complement Häfele’s MatrixBox Premium Plus Drawer Systems, helping create a coordinated kitchen aesthetic.
The storage system features a patented motion mechanism that allows the unit to move outward in a single operation for easier access. The design includes four baskets intended for storing kitchen essentials such as pots, pans and other commonly used items.
The baskets extend outward from the cabinet, enabling easier reach into deep corner areas and improving storage accessibility. Häfele stated that the ergonomic design is aimed at maximising available kitchen space while supporting organised storage solutions.
